Please read these Terms carefully. By using inconscious.app, the MindLine app at app.askmindline.app, or any of our programs, courses, or services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

The Services are provided by Donovan Rising LLC, doing business as in\CONSCIOUS (“in\CONSCIOUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are.

2. Your Account

Your account is personal to you. Please don’t share your login. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us at [email protected].

3. MindLine

What MindLine is. MindLine is an AI-powered reflective companion for personal growth and self-guidance. It is designed to return you to your own knowing, not to direct your choices.

What MindLine is not. MindLine is not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not designed for emergencies. If you are in crisis or may be at risk of harm, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

AI responses. MindLine’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or not right for your situation. You remain responsible for your decisions and how you act on anything MindLine reflects back to you.

Your conversations. What you share with MindLine is yours. You give us permission to store and process your conversations only as needed to provide MindLine to you, including its memory, as described in our Privacy Policy. Section 8 below doesn’t apply to your conversations.

Acceptable use. Please don’t use MindLine or any part of the Services to:

  • Break the law or harm anyone.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer MindLine’s instructions, models, or software.
  • Access the Services through automated means.
  • Interfere with the Services’ security or operation.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payment Plans

Subscriptions. MindLine subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. If we change a subscription price, we’ll notify you before the change takes effect.

Payment plans. If you buy a program on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you stop using the program.

Gift codes and program credits. Gift codes and future program credits apply only where designated. Each can be used once, can’t be combined or stacked, and has no cash value.

Payments. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms also apply to your payment.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products, including programs, courses, and MindLine subscriptions, are final. Access is delivered immediately at purchase, so we don’t offer full or partial refunds, including for partial billing periods. We trust our customers to be self-governing and to make purchases they feel aligned with.

If you’ve been charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, email [email protected] within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived where you live.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the Services is owned by in\CONSCIOUS or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. That includes MindLine, the programs, videos, audio, text, downloads, workbooks, graphics, design, and software.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, or use any content for public or commercial purposes without our written permission. Downloadable files are for your personal use only.

7. Trademarks

in\CONSCIOUS, MindLine, You Are Your Whole Truth™, Masterpiece Code, [and other marks] are trademarks of in\CONSCIOUS. You may not use them without our written permission.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services, we may use them freely, without obligation or compensation to you. This section doesn’t apply to your MindLine conversations, which remain private as described in Section 3 and our Privacy Policy.

9. Community Spaces

You’re responsible for what you post in community spaces such as forums, groups, or comments. Please keep these spaces respectful. We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who harms the community or violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Programs and Services

We may update, improve, replace, or retire programs and features as our body of work evolves. If we retire a program you purchased with ongoing access, we’ll provide its content another way or offer access to a comparable program.

11. Results

The Services are for educational and personal growth purposes. We make no guarantees about specific results, including income, business outcomes, or personal changes. Any examples of others’ experiences are not promises of yours. Your results depend on many factors, including your own choices and actions.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including our website and app platforms, AI providers, and payment processors. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by third-party services outside our control.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or put others at risk. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, in\CONSCIOUS AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW CERTAIN OF THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT ALL APPLY TO YOU.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless in\CONSCIOUS and its owners, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of others.
  • Content you post in community spaces.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date. For material changes, we’ll also notify you by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
