 Introduction

in\CONSCIOUS LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of every person who visits INCONSCIOUS.APP and uses our services, including the MindLine application and any related products (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights with respect to your personal data.

Please also review our Terms of Use at inconscious.app, which also govern your use of the Site and Services.

By using the Site or Services, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

MindLine and AI Conversations

Confidentiality of Your Conversations

Your privacy within MindLine is foundational to how it was designed. MindLine is a personal inner guidance tool, and the integrity of that experience depends on your conversations remaining entirely private.

Your chats within MindLine are visible only to you. in\CONSCIOUS LLC personnel, support staff, and third parties do not have access to the content of your MindLine conversations. We do not read, review, sell, share, or otherwise access your personal guidance sessions.

This applies to all interactions within MindLine, including prompts you submit, responses generated by the AI, and any personal disclosures you make during a session.

How AI in MindLine Works

MindLine uses artificial intelligence to generate responses in real time based on the inputs you provide. The AI model is designed to guide you back to your own inner knowing and whole truth. It does not retain memory of your conversations between separate sessions unless you explicitly enable a memory or context feature (if offered).

AI-generated responses are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. MindLine is a personal development and consciousness tool. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

AI Data Processing

To deliver AI-generated responses, your inputs are processed by the underlying AI infrastructure. This processing is subject to the privacy practices of our AI technology providers. We select providers that maintain appropriate data security standards and do not use your conversation content to train their models for third-party purposes without your consent.

We do not store the full text of your MindLine conversations on our servers beyond what is technically necessary to deliver your session in real time, except where a specific feature (such as session history or personalization) requires storage, in which case this will be clearly disclosed and subject to your consent.

Personalization and Optional Features

If you choose to enable optional features such as session history, saved reflections, or personalized context, we will store only the data necessary to power those features. You may delete your stored data at any time through your account settings. Disabling these features will stop future data storage of that type.
