Donovan Rising LLC, doing business as in\CONSCIOUS ("in\CONSCIOUS," "we," "us," or "our"), makes MindLine and the in\CONSCIOUS programs. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It covers inconscious.app, the MindLine app at app.askmindline.app, our programs and courses, and our emails (together, the "Services").

Please also read our Terms of Use at inconscious.app. By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The short version

MindLine remembers your conversations so it can grow with you. That memory exists for you alone. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't read your conversations. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Your MindLine Conversations

What we store and why. MindLine is designed to evolve with you. To do that, it stores your conversations in your account, starting with your first one, so it can hold context across time and reflect patterns back to you. This memory is central to how MindLine works. It is used only to provide MindLine to you.

Who can see them. Your conversations are not visible to other users. We do not read, review, sell, or share them, and we never use them for marketing or advertising. Access to stored conversation data is limited to [authorized personnel] and only when necessary to keep the Services working and safe: for example, to investigate a technical problem you report, to prevent abuse, or to comply with the law.

Follow-up messages. After your first conversation, MindLine may send you a personalized email that reflects on it. Only you receive it.

How the AI works. To generate responses, your messages are processed by our AI model provider, Anthropic (Claude), through the platform our app runs on. These providers process your content to deliver the Service under terms that [do not permit them to use it to train their models].

Voice. If you use voice, your audio is converted to text, and responses are converted to speech, so the conversation can happen. [We do not keep audio recordings. Only the text of the conversation is stored.]

What you choose to share. People often bring personal things to MindLine: health, relationships, beliefs, money, and more. We treat everything you share as confidential. By using MindLine, you consent to this content being processed to provide the Service to you.

Not professional care. MindLine is a tool for reflection and self-guidance. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Other Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• Your name and email address, including the email you verify to begin MindLine.
• Purchase details. Payments are handled by our payment processors through our commerce platform, and we never see or store full card numbers.
• Your preferences and settings.
• Any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically:

• Your IP address, browser, device and operating system.
• The pages you visit and the site that referred you.
• General usage information.

We use this to run, secure, and improve the Services.

Cookies. Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, process purchases, track affiliate referrals, and understand overall usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work without them.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve MindLine and our programs.
• Create and manage your account and subscription.
• Process payments.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Send transactional messages, such as receipts, account notices, and security alerts.
• Send updates about MindLine and in\CONSCIOUS. Every one of these includes an unsubscribe link.
• Understand overall usage, keep the Services secure, and meet our legal obligations.

Who We Share It With

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share information only with the providers who help us run the Services, and only what they need to do their job:

• Kajabi: our website, checkout, courses, and email.
• Base44: MindLine app hosting and data storage.
• Anthropic: AI responses.
• Resend: MindLine app emails.
• Payment processors and analytics tools: [list if any].

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of in\CONSCIOUS, our users, or others. If in\CONSCIOUS is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of it. We will notify you before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your account information and MindLine conversations while your account is active, because MindLine's memory depends on them. [If you cancel your subscription, we keep your conversations for X months so your MindLine is intact if you return, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.]

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time [in the app or] by emailing [email protected]. We will complete it within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as purchase and tax records, are kept only as long as required. Residual copies in backups are deleted on the normal backup cycle.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

International Users

in\CONSCIOUS is based in [country], and our service providers operate primarily in the United States. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live, under protections required by applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it.
• Receive a copy in a portable format.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

Age Requirement

MindLine and our programs are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Community Spaces

Anything you post in community spaces, such as forums, comments, or groups, can be seen by other members. Please share personal details there with care.

We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our Services or the law change. We'll post the new version here with a new date. For material changes, we'll also notify you by email or with a notice on the site.
