The strategy is about ten percent of it.
I've built businesses from nothing more than once. A coaching brand that reached six figures in its first year. A publishing company that grew to seven figures in two and a half years. I also spent years teaching business strategy to thousands of entrepreneurs, very often the exact same strategy, step for step.
Some of them took it and built something beautiful. Others followed every step with real dedication and got a completely different result.
Watching that play out again and again, I came to a conclusion that now shapes everything I build. The strategy is maybe ten percent of the equation. The rest is who we are while we're doing it.
Success that originates in you
Most of us learned to look outside ourselves for what makes success work: the right market, the right offer, the right mentor, the right moment. Those things matter, and they also move all the time.
Self-Sourced is about the part that holds steady through every shift. When success comes from who you are, from your own sense of worth, your clarity, and your power, it keeps its shape while everything around it evolves. It also feels a lot better to live inside of.
Who this is for
People building something real
Founders, creators, and practitioners with work already in motion.
People who have tasted success
You've created results before, and you're interested in what's possible when success is sourced from who you really are.
People who want it to last
Work you can keep loving as it grows, and a life you enjoy living while it does.
What we'll explore together
The real variable
Why identical strategies produce such different results, and what actually decides it.
Where success gets outsourced
Five patterns that hand our power to clients, markets, mentors, and timing, and how each one comes home.
Self-sourced success in practice
How it looks to move with a changing market, act on your own original ideas, collaborate with people instead of managing them, and draw in what matches you.
A closing gift
Something I made for everyone who comes. Stay to the end for it.
